Stepping into the JungleTechno hot seat for 2009 is veteran MC from Birmingham MC Ranski.

For those who don't know Ranski has been involved within the Midlands rave scene from its humble beginnings, working alongside MC Lenni at Pure Records whilst being resident MC at Pandemonium.

Ranski talks to Jungletechno as we welcome back Pandemonium in 2009, ranski also reminisces back to his early raving days and talks about his involvement with the J-Tek movement fronted by Randall, Modular, Ratty & Tango to name a few.

Back in the Jungle Techno hot seat is oldskool legend MC Lenni.

MC Lenni's career spreads over 20 years having been involved with nearly every aspect of the rave scene not just as an MC.

But as a DJ, to promoting his own night -'Starlight'- and Record store -'Pure Records-' also producing his own track on Roughtone Records.

Talking about what he has been up to including his involvement with the Legendary Q Club and Masters of the Past a new oldskool night to hit Birmingham.

To finish off the Easter Bank Holiday Cloud 9 presented the Bank Holiday Special Part one. Cloud 9 is one of the newest oldskool parties held monthly in Wolverhmapton at the canal club.

Easter Bank Holiday 2009 saw Slammin Vinyl return back to the Capital to present -'Tranz-Mission 2009 : The return'-. Slammin vinyl presented the largest indoor dance music festival at the prestigious Alexandra Palace London

Pandemonium one of the original promoters from the midlands returns back to present Andromeda ‘Through the years’ on saturday 21st march 2009 at the Rainbow Warehouse Birmingham.

On Saturday 14th March 2009 Hardcore Heaven returned back to Birmingham after 3 years at the famous Custard Factory Complex. What a return they made as the night was a complete roadblock !!!

To kick things off for 2009 Raver Baby touched down at Air Superclub, Birmingham on Friday 30th January 2009 as they presented Event 12.

Wednesday 31st December New years eve 2008 Slammin Vinyl headed to the heart of the country to present their end of year finale at the prestigious NEC Arena Birmingham as the presented -'NYE 2008'-.

After a 14 year absence one of the original rave promoters Starlight returned on Saturday 20th December 2008. Starlight presented the Xmas party in the Marquee at the Custard Factory Birmingham.

Saturday 6th December 2008 saw Raveology and Breakin Science team uptogether at the Rojac Warehouse inside the Cusatrd Factory Complex Birmingham , to present the Episode 1 : The Phantom menace the Raveology finale of the year.

Saturday 30th august 2008 saw Hardcore Till i Die return back to the custard factory complex, Birmingham as the presented the summer gathering 2008 which was also the In the Sun '08 reunion. The night was a compete roadblock and totally sold out in advance.

August Bank Holiday 2008 saw the return of the mighty Valve Sound System at the custard factory, birmingham who were accompnied by Metalheadz as Breakthru and Broken minds presented valve meets Metalheadz.

Raveology packed their bags and headed down to Long Marston Airfield, Stratford Upon Avon as they hosted the Oldskool Terrace at this summers largest electronic Dance festival Global Gathering Festival 2008 on Friday 25th july 2008.

After the last years phenomenal success HTID returned back to Lloret de Mar, Barcelona to present their 2nd instalment HTID IN THE SUN 2008. This years event was set to be a bigger, better and louder than last years.

To kick of the festival season this summer Escape in to the park touched down in swansea on Saturday 16th June 2008, as they took over singleton park to present the biggest dance festival in wales. A colossal lineup spread over 4 tents featuring the biggest names in electronic dance music !
